ABO Website Terms of Use
Effective date: [2026.10.16] Last updated: [2026.10.16]
1. About ABO and these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of [aboglass.com], including its product information, ASK ABO AI assistant, product inquiry lists and inquiry submission functions (collectively, the "Website"). The Website is operated by [Abo Company Limited], trading as ABO ("ABO", "we", "us" or "our"), with its registered address at [Shanghai, China].
Please read these Terms before using the Website. Where these Terms are presented for your acceptance, selecting the relevant acceptance control constitutes your agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant services. Nothing in these Terms makes a provision binding where applicable law requires additional notice or acceptance that has not been obtained.
Please pay particular attention to Sections 3 to 5 concerning inquiries and AI responses, Sections 13 to 15 concerning warranties and liability, and Section 17 concerning governing law and disputes.
2. Intended users and international access
The Website is intended for adult business users seeking information about glassware and related products for commercial purposes. You must have the legal capacity required to use the services. If you act for a company or another organization, you must have appropriate authority for the actions you take on its behalf.
ABO serves business customers worldwide. However, website accessibility does not mean that every product, service or delivery option is available or legally suitable in every country. Availability depends on destination requirements, applicable laws, trade restrictions and separate confirmation by ABO.
Each party remains responsible for the legal obligations applicable to its own activities. These Terms do not transfer ABO's statutory responsibilities to users.
3. Website purpose and no online payments
The Website provides product displays, AI-assisted product discovery, inquiry lists and a means of submitting requests to ABO sales personnel. The Website does not provide online payment, payment processing or a facility to complete a purchase.
Selecting a product, adding it to an inquiry list or submitting an inquiry expresses an interest in obtaining information or a quotation. These actions do not, by themselves, constitute payment, a binding purchase order, a reservation of stock or an accepted sales contract.
Please do not enter payment card details, bank account credentials or passwords into ASK ABO or inquiry forms. Any subsequent commercial transaction must be separately arranged with authorized ABO sales personnel.
4. Inquiry lists and sales follow-up
You may select products while browsing or through ASK ABO recommendations and include them in an inquiry list. Before submission, please review the product references, quantities where available, destination, contact information and any notes to ensure that they accurately describe your request.
When you submit an inquiry, the information included in the submission is sent to the ABO personnel responsible for handling it, including by email. Personal information and any related conversation information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
A submission confirmation or automated acknowledgment confirms receipt or processing status only. It does not confirm product availability, final pricing, delivery dates, credit approval or acceptance of an order.
If you do not receive a response, notice an error or need to change your inquiry, please contact [service@aboglass.com]. Inquiry items may be lost if you clear browser storage, change devices or encounter a technical interruption; please keep a separate copy of important requirements.
5. ASK ABO AI assistant
ASK ABO is an AI assistant that interprets your keywords, messages and conversation context to help identify relevant products. It uses AI services supplied by a provider based in mainland China. Details of personal information processing are provided in our Privacy Policy.
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Recommendations are preliminary product assistance and require human verification before a purchasing decision or subsequent transaction.
ASK ABO is not authorized to enter into contracts, accept orders, grant discounts, amend these Terms, promise exclusivity or make binding commitments for ABO. Statements generated by the assistant do not have those effects merely because they appear in the conversation.
Please obtain confirmation from authorized ABO sales personnel regarding product references, specifications, quantities, availability, customization, prices, certifications and delivery arrangements. ASK ABO does not replace professional legal, regulatory, engineering or product safety advice.
The limitations above do not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on ABO for its own representations, conduct or services.
6. Product information and suitability
We take reasonable care in presenting product information. However, descriptions, images, dimensions, capacities, weights, colors, packaging and availability may contain errors or require updating. Images may include illustrative settings or accessories that are not included with the product.
Display settings, photography and manufacturing tolerances may affect appearance or measurements. Any acceptable tolerances and final specifications must be agreed for the relevant transaction; this paragraph does not authorize delivery of products that fail to meet agreed requirements.
Do not assume that a product is suitable for microwave use, oven use, dishwashers, hot filling, thermal shock, food contact or another particular application unless the relevant specification or confirmation expressly supports that use. Request applicable test reports or certifications where required.
Requirements may differ by destination and intended use. Please tell us your intended application and destination so that relevant requirements can be assessed. Each party's compliance responsibilities should be specified in the subsequent sales agreement, without excluding mandatory legal obligations.
7. Quotations and subsequent contracts
Unless expressly identified otherwise by an authorized ABO representative, website information and AI responses are invitations to discuss a possible transaction, rather than binding offers to sell.
Any formal quotation is governed by its stated validity period, currency, specifications, minimum quantities, delivery terms and other conditions. A sales contract is formed through the separately agreed acceptance process or as otherwise determined by applicable law.
These Terms govern website use and do not replace an accepted quotation, sales contract or other separately agreed written terms. A specific agreement prevails over these Terms for the subject matter it expressly covers.
We may correct website or AI information errors, but a correction does not automatically cancel or amend an existing binding agreement. Any such matter is governed by that agreement and applicable law.
8. Acceptable use and security
You must use the Website lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not impersonate another person or business, knowingly submit materially false information, use another person's contact details without authority, or submit fraudulent inquiries.
You must not introduce malware, overload services, send mass unsolicited submissions, interfere with other users or attempt unauthorized access to systems, conversations, inquiry records or other information.
You must not manipulate ASK ABO to obtain restricted information, other users' data or unauthorized commitments, or bypass access controls, security measures or reasonable usage limits.
Without authorization or a legal entitlement, you must not conduct intrusive security testing, bulk extraction, automated harvesting or systematic copying of website content, or use it to build a competing database or train a model. Ordinary indexing by public search engines in accordance with published instructions is not prohibited by this paragraph.
These restrictions do not prohibit legally protected research, reporting, criticism or other activities that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.
9. Intellectual property and permitted use
Website content, including product photographs, text, catalogues, graphics, logos, layouts and software, is owned by ABO or its respective rights holders, or used under authorization, and is protected where applicable by intellectual property laws.
You may view the Website and download materials deliberately made available for download for genuine product evaluation and internal procurement purposes. You may share relevant materials with colleagues or advisers involved in that evaluation, provided that ownership notices are retained and no misleading endorsement or affiliation is suggested.
Except as permitted above, by applicable law or by separate authorization, you may not republish, commercially distribute, resell or materially alter website content, remove ownership notices, or use ABO's marks to suggest that you are an authorized representative.
Displaying a product or generating an AI response does not grant ownership of a product design, trademark or other intellectual property. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual property protection.
10. Information and materials you submit
You retain any rights you hold in your inquiry text, specifications, designs and other submitted materials. You grant ABO a non-exclusive permission to receive, store, reproduce, translate and share them with personnel and service providers only as reasonably necessary to process your request, operate the relevant service and meet applicable legal obligations.
This permission does not authorize public advertising use of your name, logo, designs or inquiry, or grant an unrestricted right to use your materials for AI training. Any such use requires an appropriate separate basis or authorization.
You must have the rights and authority needed to submit the materials and request their intended use. If you request customization involving a third party's logo or design, ABO may ask for evidence of authorization and may decline the request where rights cannot reasonably be verified.
Please do not submit unnecessary trade secrets, sensitive personal information or confidential technical details through ASK ABO. Where a project requires additional confidentiality protection, arrange an appropriate written agreement and submission channel first. This does not remove confidentiality or privacy duties otherwise imposed by law or agreement.
11. Privacy and communications
Our collection and use of personal information are explained in the Privacy Policy at [Privacy Policy]. That Policy addresses contact information, inquiry records, ASK ABO processing, service providers, retention and applicable privacy rights.
Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for optional marketing, cookies, sensitive information or international transfers. These Terms do not authorize processing inconsistent with the Privacy Policy or applicable law.
We may use the contact details you provide to respond to your inquiry and send necessary service communications. Optional promotional communications are governed by your choices and applicable law.
12. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to independent websites or resources. Unless expressly stated, a link does not imply endorsement, partnership or a guarantee of the linked content. Independent services may have their own terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for independent third-party conduct outside our control, except to the extent applicable law makes us responsible.
13. Availability and limited warranties
We take reasonable steps to maintain the Website, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI responses, permanent storage of inquiry lists or compatibility with every device. Maintenance, network conditions and security incidents may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the Website and preliminary informational content are provided on an "as available" basis without additional implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. This limitation does not override express commitments, an agreed sales contract or mandatory legal warranties.
Nothing in this section permits misleading descriptions, removes reasonable care required by law or excuses failure to comply with binding product or contractual obligations.
14. Limitation of liability
For business users, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law, ABO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Website use, such as loss of expected business opportunities or anticipated profits, to the extent those losses fall within a legally enforceable exclusion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, infringement of mandatory privacy or consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability relating to an actual sale is governed by the relevant sales agreement and mandatory law. These Website Terms do not impose a zero-liability rule merely because no website payment has been made.
15. Responsibility for unlawful submissions
For business users, to the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonably evidenced losses and third-party claims directly caused by your intentional or negligent infringement of others' rights, fraudulent submissions or material unlawful misuse of the Website.
Any recovery must reflect causation, each party's fault and the duty to mitigate loss. ABO cannot recover losses caused by its own misconduct or shift its non-transferable statutory responsibilities to you.
We will provide reasonable notice of a relevant third-party claim and an opportunity to respond. We will not agree to a settlement imposing an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.
16. Suspension and misuse prevention
We may proportionately restrict access, reject abusive submissions or suspend affected functions where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security threat, legal requirement or genuine misuse. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow correction or review.
Immediate action may be taken where delay would increase harm or violate law. You may contact [privacy@aboglass.com] if you believe a restriction was mistaken.
Restrictions do not cancel existing contractual obligations or privacy rights. Records related to an incident may be preserved only on a lawful basis and for an appropriate period, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Good-faith complaints, criticism, privacy requests and lawful reporting are not misuse. A disagreement or unsuccessful claim does not by itself establish malicious conduct.
17. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Current effective laws of China], subject to any mandatory laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
The parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith communication at [admin@aboglass.com]. This does not require either party to delay urgent relief, miss a statutory deadline or refrain from contacting a competent authority.
For business disputes, and to the extent a jurisdiction agreement is valid, disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to [the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration]. Separate sales contracts may contain their own dispute provisions.
If mandatory consumer, privacy or other laws entitle you to a different court or remedy, those rights remain unaffected. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class action waiver or a shortened statutory limitation period.
18. Changes and events beyond reasonable control
We may update Website content and functions to improve services, maintain security or comply with law. Material changes to these Terms will be notified through a prominent notice or another appropriate method, with the effective date stated.
Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively amend concluded contracts or remove accrued rights. Where law requires renewed acceptance, we will obtain it before relying on the changed provision.
Where an event beyond reasonable control prevents performance, relief is available only to the extent allowed by applicable law or a relevant agreement. The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and provide any required notice. Ordinary technical problems are not automatically treated as force majeure.
